Dr Fawcett was the Ward 21 [HRC] Conservative Party candidate for the Fort William and Ardnamurchan constituency elections contested on 5th May 2022. On the morning of Saturday 23rd April 2022 Dr Fawcett suspended her campaign when Ling's serious disorder in one eye developed into a condition requiring surgery the same day. The outcome is not yet known. |
