'Ft Wm, Inv & Tor CC' abbreviates 'Fort William, Inverlochy, and Torlundy Community Council' (aka FITCC), and is the principle subject of this wikisite. The official FITCC website contains more information about the community council. The Plantation and Alma Road area Campaign Association (PARCA; see <https://PARCA.life>) has its oxymoronically-named 'Main Subpage' here, too.
